'Top Time' older people's social club every Thursday
Meets: Thursdays, 10.30 - 11.30am
A group aimed at older people and carers with a friendly and
varied programme of events. Top Time is now taking place every
Thursday 10.30am - 11.30am.
Some weeks we have a specific activity planned such as a visiting
speaker, otherwise our sessions are a chance to have a chat,
play a game such as cards or scrabble or take part in a quiz.
Please contact the library for further information or special
requirements.

Circus big tops to tie in with this years Summer Reading
Challenge for children- 'Circus Stars'. |

January - April Top Time have been knitting cat
blankets for the local charity Cataholics. Earlier in the year we
asked for unwanted wool to be donated and the response was amazing!
We have two huge boxes of wool which the Top Time group has been
using to make blankets for the cats before they are re-homed.
Pictured here are some of the ladies from the group working on
blankets with some of the completed ones in the
foreground.

Time in April. She was presented with 45 blankets which the group
had knitted for her organisation. |
