Child health drop-in
Suffolk Primary Care Trust Children's Services health visiting
cluster team and Suffolk County Council are working together to
provide the Child health drop-in service. So far, it is attended by
up to 20 women at a time.
The free drop-in is held every Thursday, from 11.00am to 1.00pm
in the Library
This was planned to follow on from the library's very successful
and well attended
Bookstart sessions. It means not only can women socialise with
other mothers and get health advice from professionals on hand they
can also access the library's resources for children, such as
Bookstart.
