We are planning to buy thousands
of the books and others stock for the new library.
Please help us to select stock for the new library. Tell us what
sort of stock you would like to choose. It could be:
- Your favourite author, genre or subject area
- Your preferred format, such as large print or DVD
- Perhaps you would like us to buy a new format?
We welcome every suggestion.

New books for you by you
On Monday 29 June, 11 youngsters from Gainsborough Library’s
Club 4 Teenz visited Waterstone’s in Ipswich to choose books for
the new Library. They had been allocated £200 from the library’s
book fund and chose 37 different titles. Their chosen books will
have special book plates put inside to mark this.
