NB If sets are returned incomplete, there will be a handling fee charge of £5 for each incomplete set
Overdue notices are sent after the 4th and 7th weeks as for books, and a bill for replacement is sent after the 10th week.
Customer Request Charges For music sets or play sets not in stock, which are requested from libraries outside Suffolk
