Please call at the
Music & Drama Library, or telephone, fax or e-mail us. We
will hand or send you a form to complete.
If you are a group, please decide on your library
representative. He or she will be responsible for all the titles
borrowed and will be the sole user of the library card.
Please then return your form to us, with proof of personal
identity of the representative (e.g. driving licence) and some
official group documentation, such as headed paper or a concert or
play programme.
Please also enclose the
annual subscription fee.
We will then issue you with a group library card which enables
you to borrow scores or plays.
Please tell us if your card is lost or stolen as soon as
possible, so that we may stop further use of that card. There is a
small charge for a replacement card.
Please tell us if you wish to change the group representative.
The new person will need to bring or post the existing library card
to us with a letter of authorisation from the previous
representative and proof of address. We will then amend all details
for you immediately.
