Can books really help?
There is very good evidence that books can help people who have
emotional problems. This book list about mental health and
relationships has been specially chosen for their quality by health
professionals in Suffolk. Of course, not everyone will be
helped in this way. If you have tried really hard to use the
book, but find that your difficulty or distress persists, then you
need to return to your health professional who recommended the book
for further advice.
