There are three ways you can
renew direct. You can use:
- Suffolk libraries direct terminals in the library. Just follow
the instructions on screen;
- renew direct on the internet at
Suffolk
libraries direct; or
- renew direct by phone. If you have a tone dial telephone you
can phone 09018 888 989 and renew
your books by following the spoken instructions and pressing the
appropriate buttons on your phone. You need to know your PIN. This
telephone renewal service is charged at 25 pence per
minute.
You may renew each loan up to six times unless it is reserved by
someone else. If any
charges
are outstanding, they will be logged to your account up to a given
credit limit, for payment when you are next in the library.
If you renew DVDs, CDs or videos there will be additional
charges.
