Reservation and request charges from 5 April 2010

There is no charge to reserve a title which is in stock or on order in Suffolk libraries.

For books and periodicals not in stock, which are requested from libraries outside Suffolk, there are priority and standard request services: Charge
Priority request service 
We call on the widest range of books in the UK or priority purchase to get the book for you.  Assuming full book details are supplied, we aim to deal with your request within one working day

We will use libraries in the East Midlands region or non-priority purchase to get the book for you
