and relationships book list is part of a project to help patients
with mild and moderate mental health problems. A GP, or any other
health professional will be able to recommend a book from the list
of self-help books now available from any library in Suffolk. Take
the recommendation to any library and collect the
book.
Cancer information in libraries
Special collections chosen
by health professionals in Macmillan cancer support have been
placed in libraries in Suffolk and Essex to provide self help
collections of up-to-date, accessible and credible cancer
information. Self help materials ranging from books, leaflets,
contact numbers and website addresses are
