Suffolk County Council is partnering
with Jobcentre Plus together with local employers to offer
support to help young people aged 18-24 to find work.
This means that if you have been out of work for claiming
Jobseeker’s Allowance for 6 months or more, you will be
guaranteed the offer of a job, training or work experience.
The jobs will last for a minimum of 6 months and you’ll be paid
at least the national minimum wage. You’ll work for at least
25 hours a week doing work that benefits your local area.
