From March 2008, we've had a
new addition to the HWRC welcoming you in. It's our "King of
Recycling"!
We commissioned local artist, Paul Richardson to create a sculpture
to represent recycling and be a real talking point for
Lowestoft.
You may be familiar with some of Paul's other work in the county,
such as the Major at Major's Corner in Ipswich.
