Suffolk County Council has
advertised its tender requirement in the Official Journal of the
European Union in order to alert organisations across Europe of
this exciting tender opportunity.
Those organisations that apply will be sent an "Initial Descriptive
Document", which explains what we want to achieve and the process
for the procurement of the Residual Waste Treatment
Facility.
Those organisations that do want to bid for this contract will have
to pass a rigorous pre-qualification process before being invited
to submit detailed proposals.
We expect to announce the successful organisations who we will be
engaging in detailed discussions (known as the "competitive
dialogue process") in early October.
