CRed Suffolk provides free hands on advice to small and medium
sized businesses in Suffolk who want to cut their carbon emissions,
save money and stay ahead of the competition.
An advisor will visit your business, assess your carbon
footprint and work with you to identify a range of practical and
realistic actions to reduce it.
Actions include:
• raising staff awareness
• cutting down on energy and water use
• reducing the impact of transport
• minimising waste and
• improving resilience to climate change.
You will receive a bespoke ‘climate change action plan’ along
with guidance, information and links specifically tailored to your
business to help you reduce your carbon footprint.
Free telephone support and a follow up visit is on offer to help
you put your plan into action.
The CRed Suffolk business service will help you:
• Cut your carbon footprint and reduce the effects of climate
change,

• Improve staff motivation, recruitment and retention;

The CRed business advisor service is entirely free but the

in Suffolk comprising all the Borough, District and County
Councils, the University of East Anglia, the Energy Saving Trust
Advice Centre Anglia, the Environment Agency, Suffolk ACRE and the
Groundwork Trust amongst others.
