This is one of the finest mills of its kind in the country. It
dates from 1835, last worked in 1928, and has been fully
restored.
There are four impressive shuttered sails and a working fan
tail, used to turn the cap and sails to face the wind.
Climb to the top of the tower and there are superb views of the
nearby historic town of Woodbridge.
