Type of school
Belstead School is a Special School for pupils with a Statement
of Special Educational Needs (SEN). Special schools are owned and
run by Suffolk County Council.
The county council decides the admissions policy and makes
arrangements before the normal admissions process for mainstream
schools takes place.
