The Suffolk Outdoor Education team is a part of the Children’s & Young People’s Service and is responsible for the development and co-ordination of outdoor and residential facilities in the county.

Outdoor Education can make a unique contribution towards personal development, it is instrumental in preparing young people for adult life by raising achievement through boosting motivation, promoting health and fitness, and addressing issues in social education and citizenship.
