Spring Term 2012 - funding for eligible 2 year olds:

Spring Term 2012 - funding for 3 and 4 year olds:

Please note: The Parent Authorisation Form (SEYF1) has been revised for the Spring Term 2012 as we now have to use the DfE extended ethnicity codes with immediate effect.  As the list is extensive it will no longer fit on the reverse of the form and is supplied as a separate list for parents to use - see below:
