family make an informed choice about childcare.
We can help you:
- Consider all possible childcare options
- Navigate through all information available to you
- Contact providers on your behalf
- Visit childcare providers with you
- Build a relationship with your childcare provider
- Offer advice and guidance about paying for childcare
- Be put in touch with other services available in your
area.
We do this over the phone or face to face by meeting in a
prearranged location.
Who can use the service?
The service is aimed at parents who have had difficulty
accessing childcare because of a particular need. This may be a
particular need of the parents or the child, or it could be a
concern about how to pay for childcare or complete
any paperwork.

Or ask someone you are already working with to contact us on your
behalf for example your family support worker, health visitor,
doctor, Youth Support Worker, Job Centre Plus advisor or any
other professional you trust.
