Technical information about the performance of the Suffolk
County Council web site.
Suffolk County Council aims to make this web site available 24
hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year. Where we have
to carry out essential system maintenance, we will give as much
notice as we can.
However, there is always the possibility of unexpected technical
failure - either with our own systems or from our internet service
provider - that may cause the web site to be temporarily
unavailable. In this case, we will try to fix it as soon as we can.
Web site availability and performance reports
We use the web monitoring, alerting and reporting service provided
by Axzona to ensure the web site is performing satisfactorily
(minimum of 98% up-time). These results are independently gathered
by Axzona's geographically-dispersed monitoring agents to verify
the availability and performance of our web site.
