This handbook helps councils and other organisations to improve
their inclusion. It provides a way for organisations to identify
barriers to inclusion and shows how to overcome them. It can
be used by:
- community groups;
- councils;
- individuals interested in how councils perform;
- organisations concerned with services to the public;
- organisations seeking Investors in People; and
- voluntary and charitable organisations
