The CYP Transformation Programme
To truly transform the way that Children and Young People’s
Services are delivered in Suffolk we have had to find a way to
manage our resources, pool the considerable knowledge held by our
staff, colleagues and partners and use it to begin to build on the
very high standards already set throughout Suffolk. This is the CYP
Transformation Programme.
While the Programme spans all of CYP’s services, at the heart of
the Programme is a need to provide services in a genuinely
integrated way, working with other Directorates, Services and
partners throughout Suffolk to deliver services as close to
children, young people, parents and carers as possible.
The Programme is working alongside 3 other major programmes,
Securing the Future, School Organisation Review and Building
Schools for the Future. Running alongside these programmes, CYP
sees this as a very exciting opportunity to look at how we deliver
our services and to find new ways of working together to provide
better outcomes for the children and young people of Suffolk.
The workstreams being delivered as part of the CYP
Transformation Programme are shown below, along with their owners
