The 2009/11 Adults Plan for Suffolk shows how agencies are working
across health and care services in Suffolk to improve the lives of
people in Suffolk, particularly those who are most vulnerable
within our communities. The Plan is owned by the
Care Health and Independence Delivery Partnership and provides
25 priorities for action, with commitments showing how we will be
putting these priorities into effect.
