Transferring to Suffolk County Council's Fostering Service

Are you a registered foster carer thinking about transferring?

Q. Would you like to to foster local Suffolk children?
Q. Would you like to receive local support and supervision?
Q. Would you like regular foster placements?
Q. Would you like to offer a permanent foster placement?

If you have answered 'Yes' to any of the above you may want to consider fostering for Suffolk Council Council.

Suffolk County Council is open to applications from approved foster carers who are fostering for other agencies and follow the Fostering Network Transfer Protocol (2004) which states:
'The transfer of carers protocol is based on the assumption that carers have the right to freedom of movement between fostering services; and the principle that, in all circumstances, the welfare of any child in placement must be paramount'.
