What we intend
to do in Suffolk
We have a strategy (Big Plan) which says how we
will support people and their family carers in important aspects of
their life. This is called Big Messages - Suffolk's Charter
for People with Learning disabilities and their family carers
How we bring all the plans together
We
have a Board that makes recommendations on the detail of what will
change and how this should be delivered. This is called the
Suffolk Learning Disability Partnership Board.
What the Government says:
The government has said what needs to improve
for people with learning disabilities and their family carers. This
is called Valuing People Now.
