Information for people with a disability

Our aim is to work closely with the people who need our services and their carers, and to help them navigate their way to the information and support they need.

Rather than always focusing on people as having disabilities, we need to think about the things that they should expect as citizens. We are committed to enabling people to live their lives in the way that they want to. They should have easy access to the help they need to do that, alongside others and as part of their community, and ensuring that they are in control of things.
