Supported
Housing services in Suffolk are expected to adhere to these
Standards, (PDF, 627kb) which were agreed between
District/Borough Housing authorities, Suffolk Social Care, Suffolk
Health, support provider agencies, service user reps and landlords
in 1999.
Model Operational Policy (PDF, 32kb) This is intended
to the basis by which services inform all interested parties
(including prospective tenants) as to the nature of the service and
how it will be managed. Each service should have its own
Operational Policy and this model highlights the areas that should
be covered. |

Guides

different types of supported housing in Suffolk. These guides have
been drawn up and agreed through multi-agency Housing Task
Groups.
