What is it?
Suffolk Trusted Trader is the directory of local tradesmen who have been checked by Suffolk County Council Trading Standards and made a commitment to treat their customers fairly.

We know it can be very stressful to try and find the right tradesman. That’s why Suffolk Trading Standards have created Suffolk Trusted Trader to give you peace of mind.

How does it work?
We work with Referenceline Ltd to make the Suffolk Trusted Trader directory available online to everyone.

You can browse the Suffolk Trusted Trader directory for free; it will also allow you to read what Suffolk consumers have to say about our Trusted Traders so you can choose the right tradesman for your needs.
The feedback that Suffolk Trusted Traders receive helps other residents select the right trader for their needs. Please bear in mind that in exchange for this free service you will be asked to give Suffolk Trusted Traders feedback for others to read. Your feedback could help them avoid rogue traders who may try to take advantage of them.
If you are unable to access the online directory, you can call Suffolk Trading Standards directly on 01473 264 859 to receive details of a Suffolk Trusted Trader.
Don’t pick a random trader, pick a Suffolk Trusted Trader.
