Making sure that all food, fertiliser and animal feed is what
it claims to be and that it meets appropriate standards.
We will deal with requests for assistance, advice and
information on food standards and labelling, animal feeds and
fertilisers from businesses and consumers living or operating in
Suffolk.
If there is evidence of a breach of the law we will investigate and
give advice to the business concerned.
In serious cases, trading standards take legal action against those
that break the law.
