Consumer advice to the citizens of Suffolk
Consumer advice has always been an essential and valued part of
Suffolk County Council's trading standards service. We help
thousands of people each year to resolve their consumer problems.
We provide this service via our partners at Consumer Direct, a

We also focus on preventing problems before they occur and
helping people develop skills to tackle problems when they happen.
We have produced a
Consumer Action pack (PDF, Kb), which will help you deal with a
wide range of issues.
