Information about the Suffolk Single Gateway programme
The Suffolk Single Gateway was set up as a 'one stop shop' for
publicising and allocating county council grants, to voluntary and
community groups. The aim is to improve ease of access to the funds
available, in order to support your work by co-ordinating the
application and decision making processes of the different funding
streams.
There is a limited budget. However, we try to support as many
applications as possible. Social care and Health Grant Aid give a
small amount of ‘core purpose’ funding to voluntary and community
groups that do not receive any other funding from Suffolk County
Council.
However, most of the funding streams will only provide funding for
development projects.
