We are the Energy Team which is part of the Sourcing Procurement
and Contract Management (SPCM) unit in Endeavour House.
We manage all aspects of energy and water for Suffolk County
Council premises, some Suffolk district and borough councils and
also a number of private schools and colleges.

water efficiency, Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRCees)

Officers - energy and water billing, supplier payment, bill data
management, bill validation, billing queries and disputes, EnTech
web site queries, etc.
The above responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive
list and most us should be able to deal with the majority of any
queries you may have.
What we do
We provide the following services to our customers for
electricity, gas, oil, water, and fuel cards:
- Arrangement of new energy supplies and
site works;
- Bill validation and payment;
- Budget forecasting advice;
- Energy efficiency advice and
guidance;
- Energy procurement;
- Online energy database - containing bill
data and meter-reading module;
- Query resolution/ negotiation in the
event of dispute
