In the registration Service we take your opinions on the standard of our service very seriously. We are pleased to receive both positive and negative feedback as it helps us to continuously monitor and improve the service that we offer.

In the first instance of any dissatisfaction please contact the Superintendent Registrar of the appropriate office.

Many problems can be resolved promptly and informally in this way.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 working days and a full reply within 20 working days. If, for any reason, it is not possible to provide a full reply within 20 working days, the acknowledgement letter will say when you can expect a full reply.
